Goods Exchange & Refund Policy

General Returns

Customers should review available product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, condition information and other listing details before purchasing. Because merchandise may include one-of-a-kind, pre-owned, vintage or limited-quantity goods, return eligibility can depend on the item and transaction.

Used & Thrift Merchandise

Used, vintage and thrift merchandise may naturally show minor wear, cosmetic imperfections, signs of previous use or age-related characteristics. These do not automatically constitute defects when they were reasonably disclosed in the listing or otherwise communicated before purchase.

Eligible Exchanges

• The wrong item was supplied.
• Merchandise materially differs from its description.
• Merchandise arrives damaged due to a pre-delivery or fulfillment issue.
• A significant fulfillment error occurred.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Roney Bennett LLC will generally process it within 7–14 business days after approval. A customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in the account.

Damaged Merchandise

1. Contact Roney Bennett LLC promptly.
2. Provide purchase or order information.
3. Provide clear photographs of the merchandise.
4. Provide photographs of packaging where relevant.
5. Follow the return or inspection instructions provided by the company.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

• Change of mind where merchandise was accurately described, unless otherwise agreed.
• Items clearly identified as final sale.
• Damage caused after delivery or pickup.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or improper installation.
• Normal wear consistent with the disclosed condition.
• Merchandise that has been modified or altered after purchase.
• Returns submitted without information reasonably needed to identify the purchase and assess the request.
